Wednesday after 6 PM, farmers walk or loaded carry. I had a full business day (4 conference calls and the preparation and follow through that those engender) meant no garage gym time so for the second consecutive day, farmers walk or loaded carry do it all. Total body. 1/2 mile 80 pound bars
