Ugh. Wrist tendonitis. Need to take it easy(er) for a few weeks. Anyone know how I can potentially still get some arm/shoulder excercises in without making it worse??

I have missed a few days in the last week...some on purpose, others had schedule conflict and even my last one got cut short right after I finished my bench routine. I guess it has been ok, though...because I'm just now getting over the soreness! I'm up 2-3 pounds, but took in another belt notch...so... I'm planning on hitting it hard after work today!
