Kinda tweeked my knee last week so i’ve been going easy on my wheels. Today i gave them a little test. 10 miles on my mountain bike. Went pretty good. I think i’m gonna live to fight another day. Am i getting old,with these little injuries? I’m not giving up just yet. 😂. Give 💯 percent every day. 👍

I’m guessing the Blue Man is based on exceeding your average weights for each muscle group. Until I can use a full gym and increase my weights regularly, I have to stop focusing on Mr. Blue Man. 🙂 Just going to work out, have fun, and work on my gains with the weight levels I have available.
