Lifted 30 - 40lb bags of mulch and bridal csreied them all over my front yard today, walked over 18,000 steps. Installed a tv wall mount pressing 35lbs against a wall, all shoulders (did it twice, cuz my dumba$$ installed it upside down the first time). Then cleaned the garage out (finally) so i can park there. Did over 6 loads of laundry. No weights lifted but i'd say i caught my cardio!!
