Happy HumpDay!!! The thought for the day is instead agreeing to disagree start thinking about agreeing to look for common ground so that we can make progress. Agreeing to disagree often means we aren’t being intelectually honest or willing to be open to new thoughts or information. It often means we are not mature enough to have honest discussions as well. The workout today was 45 minutes on the glider and 30 minutes of land mine squats with a lift at the top. #ThisIs60 #DadBod #CommonGround
