Ive done a bunch of diets, but never had one where i had to lower my cholesterol. Now, trying to keep my protein up and cholesterol down, has been very challenging. This is just day 2. Lol also, not a diet, making healthy habits and have to lower my cholesterol before its unhealthy. Drs orders.

Whats good fit fam. Happy Monday! I wasnt able to track workout this time. Ill try again later. Anyway, today focused on chest, triceps, and abs. Ended with 20 min on stairmaster. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and great day. Stay safe, blessed, and motivated. Much love
