All out blitz of a workout. Feeling the pump. On another note. I came across, what are they called "influencer" lol. She took more photos, re adjusted her hair, bathroom mirror checks with door wide open (its a small gym), boob grabs, bent over photos, muscle flexing photos, again very small gym. I think she took more photos and adjusted herself all the while fairly close to me than I have seen anyone do. She took more photos than she worked out.....lmao. I honestly just don't get it. Kick butt workout done irregardless of the influencer and looking forward to the next. Workout not influencer.....lmao smh

Changing gears once the crossfit e-book ends. I bought a bundle of fitness programs from a childhood friend that lost over 100 pounds and is now a personal trainer. I got her 56tofit and her boyfriend's weight lifting program which is 4 weeks. I'll be heading into his once I'm finished. He's also a personal trainer lost over 100 pounds.
