Unfortunately this is my last post here on BodySpace. For the last several months I’ve been unable to comment or even like many of y’alls’ posts and pics eventhough you’ve commented steadfastly on mine. It’s been a time wasting futile exercise in frustration here as of late. If I can’t support and comment on your posts what’s the point in being on here right?!?!? I get asked what my favorite exercise is all the time, without a doubt it’s behind the back cable lateral raises. I have shoulder issues so training shoulders is really challenging but utilizing this exercise I get a great lateral dealt workout that doesn’t bother me! I do these in high volume like everything else, 8 to 12 reps for 5 to 7 sets. The pump is insane and it works to build those bowling ball shoulders!
