Holy chit I was just glued to the news yesterday. That was an important day for me. I gorged like 2000 extra calories and shirked all my responsibilities. Just a protein shake for ME this morning! hahaha. Leg Day tonight and I might turn my run into an HIIT to burn a little more.

Happy Thursday! ❤ I did 20 min of dumbbell work today and 20 min of weighted cardio. I fed the critters peanut butter and birdseed covered popsicle sticks. Here is a squirrel who spent 30 minutes devouring it. 🤣 Hope you have a great day! 😊❤
