I wanted t get some heavy duty cleanup done this AM, and got it done. Then I lifted. Oops, it was rough. But now it is still early and I can shower and relax. Thanksgiving today is not turkey but a roasted chicken. Maybe I'll have a Turkey in Dec. All have a great day and if your healthy be very grateful FitFam.
