Sooo sorry I been gone for a while do to training with the ARMY but anyways I graduated from college December 14th 2019 but June of 2019 I began my diet and running I was 322 at the start in september I was down to 245 and in December I topped out at 220. Here is a transformation not in order or anything but 322-220.
