So after about 6 months of set backs/rebuilding I figured the time is right to start some cutting. Gained about 3kg but I can't determine b fat right now so I'm not sure how much are gains or fat. Anyway it feels good to be back on my old program - will stick to it for a while now. Thanks to my friends that stuck with me through the tough months (BS and other social media) - a few that comes to mind are Roland, Teri, Mess, Laurence, Billy and Robert Kilby - you're awesome friends guys! Well, this is the starting point on this Monday then - let's do our best this week - happy Monday Fitfam! :D
