Well a month plus of not coming to the gym due to working 70 plus hours in 5 days every week has had a horrible impact on me. If the new scale is correct Ive gone from 295 or so up to 311 in this time frame. Ive gained weight lost most of my muscle gain and what little cardiovascular I had. My schedule is going to be changing so I should have more time to come to the gym. Im shooting for 4 days a week. Cardio has to be a must no ifs and or butts. My workout Im getting on a different program or contemplating making my own up like I used to do. Time will tell with that. The hibernation is over it's time to get strict with myself and quit making excuses. I know I can do it because I've done it before. Im currently at the gym sweating profusely. It's time the bear returned and not the soft cuddly one I am now. No excuses diet or program. So to that Build On and it's time to put my words into action and put the time in cause I know this ain't no Amazon prime.

Just spent 2 hours at DEFY Extreme Air Sports jumping, balancing, climbing, falling and LAUGHING! Theres no way to track it, but I am sure I burned some serious calories! Iâm going to be sore tomorrow! ð
