Almost two days post surgery and the guilt of not being able to workout is terrible. Listening to your body and forcing you're to take it easy is so hard. 😟

Quads and Hams Day with the new routine. I had to cut it short, so I wasn't totally fulfilled. BUT tomorrow I will get it done.. I used my BFR bands, which helped me stabilized my hips and allowed me to go deep with the front squats. I love doing this because they work the front of my quads beautifully. But ... I can't balance the bar ... Too much weight and it rolls off of me (I'll take any tips on this one!) Hey ... I think that I see some quad veinage! (Look real close) I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from PTSD and depression. Folks, please do me a favor ... If you're feeling low, please drop me a line. I'll do our best to lift you up! Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It might just get you feeling good!
