Good evening fit fam. Friday freestyle number 23 for my final lunch escape of the week. A chance to jump on things I missed. A second go at some of my favorites. Did: 4 sets of Hammer Strength incline leverage press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of WG lat pull-downs, 4 sets of pec flies on the pec deck (the one where you squeeze with your forearms), 4 sets of monkey rows, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of machine preacher curls, 4 sets of standing straight bar curls, 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), !00 weighted bench crunches, 120 lying leg raises and one 65 second dragon flag hold. (more on that in a minute) Moderate but manageable weights on everything. The weekly DOMS collection was already complete. The dragon flag hold was a record by far - but it wasn't completely straight or low. Active rest day tomorrow but I'll be checking in. I've already mentioned my planned walk.
