Wednesday 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in order, flat bench BB presses, pec dec, standing high pulley cable machine crossovers; Smith machine squats, rack BB squats alternating close and wide foot position, leg press, kettlebell sumo squats, inverted leg presses, lying leg curls, closer sissy squats on sissy squat bench clutching a 25 pound plate. (Synopsis: 3 chest, 7 leg). At the end, polished off lots of rice, chicken and tuna).

Finally seeing some results in my lats. Tried on a shirt from last summer that was the wrong size but now it actually fits 😅 Day one of dealing with having COVID. Fortunately my taste and smell are fine so I was still able to get in a nutritious meal for lunch.
