Meraburn90 day 52, power workout 3. Curcuit 1 3sets 60sec each 30sec rest between, db clean and press, plank up down, db alternting single leg deadlift. Cicuit 2, 3sets, 60sec each 30 secs between, db bicep curl to shoulder press, db swing, alternating db plank row with push up. Circuit3 3srts 60sec each 30sec between, tuckjump with knee slap, star v up, reverse crunch. Feeling awsome
