Hotel fare, incline db presses, incline db flyes, flat bench db pullovers, db sumo squats, sitting db shoulder presses, 30 minutes treadmill sometimes set at 15 per cent grade and 3.5 mph, and all this followed by walking to the outback by bayou vermillion here in lafayette louisiana, and bar-b chicken, sweet potato, mixed vegetable and requested coffee saying, “hot, next to boiling.”
