Happy ThankfulThursday!!! The thought for the day is that we should hold onto hope and know that the sun WILL shine again. Hope is one of the most powerful tools we can have as we travel through life. The workout today was a quick efficient Active Recovery day and after yesterday’s workout; plus it was massage day and can’t be late for that. Loving this process still maintaining weight at 222 lbs, strong and lean not skinny😃💪🏽. #HoldOntoHope
