WK_02: 250lbs & 34% Tired of carrying the weight and I’m ready to address my eating anf physical fitness seriously since college football ended. Started keto on 05/28/20 at 254lbs. Keep going one day at a time!

Anyone have tips on house items to use as weights or how to make something to use. I cant afford weights at the moment or a gym membership and reality hit recently with a slip disk that i need to get back to my old ways and take care of myself. I went through allot and just become depressed and give up on life but i have two baby girls that need dad healthy and strong. If any can give me any tips or motivation to get back on the right path id greatly appreciate it.
