*680* cals in 79 minutes. Chest and triceps followed by 10 min on the bike. The weight and volume is increasing on chest, activation is slowly coming back, ill take it as a successful day. Now for a day of meal prep and house work before my night shift :)

Happy Monday Metal Heads!!!!!! Let's get the party started. I started nice and early with 1 hour of cardio...walk/run intervals. Cant wait for lunch so i can hit the iron. I've got a short week, so I have to make the most outta these next couple of days. My hernia surgery is scheduled for this Thursday, and i won't be able to lift for 6 weeks...DAMMIT! I'll still be able to walk, so lots of that about to go down. Hope y'all have a stellar week! LET'S ROLL!!!!!!
