SHOULDERS/BICEPS/TRICEPS. First workout in a week and a half because of COVID. My body is still fatigued from being sick last week, but my workout went much better than I thought it would. Looking forward to being back to 100 percent soon 🙂

In order to make your legs grow you have to be willing to experience pain you didn't think possible... but it doesn't stop there! You have to embrace the pain and push through it until your body can't do another rep... Then you take a few moments while in pain to go again and again.. it must be done! The look of pain while trying to get oxygen back in to my system!

Hello fitfam! Ive missed you guys! Though i would Hop on and share a little about my 21 day Challenge. With the meal guide and workout plan i have lost 5 pounds in 8 days! havent been lifting as much weights but still using them once and a while along with my bands. Evening greetings fit fam. Chest and triceps today on the mid-week lunch crunch X-press. Strength and isolation. Mostly supersets. Did: 4 sets of Hammer Strength incline leverage press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength decline leverage press, 4 sets of steeply inclined DB press, 4 sets of steeply inclined DB flies, 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of lying Svend Press (on a slight incline), 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward) and 4 sets of two arm DB triceps kickbacks with a hammer curl finish. Took the Hammer Strength inclines and declines up to 170 lbs X 10. Not my best but not bad for an old man. lol Happy with today's productivity and pump! The gym keeps bringing in new equipment. Mostly related to cardio and crossfit - stuff I'll probably never use. As long as they don't get rid of my favorites, I'm good! Hope that everyone had a great day.
