ME-Upper Comp grip flat bench worked up to a heavy triple. Incline 3x10 incline flyes 2x10 Shoulder press pin set to forehead height in the rack. 5x5 reverse band flies 100 reps Side laterals 2x10 Close grip bench start from bottom position. 5x5 Banded tricep pull downs 100 reps.
