Good morning fit fam, rise and shine it's a beautiful day!!! Tookthe day off yesterday to ger the kids on a couple hikes. We needed a change of scenery to refresh and recharge. We just got notice that the kids will not be able to go school for the reat of the year and all will be distance learning beginning 4/13. This will be a bit of a challenge, but thankfully, my kids can focus better than I can. Hope everyone is staying healthy out there. Wishing everyone an amazingly awesome blessed day!!!👊💪🤘
