When it comes up in convo, do you say “I lift” or do you call yourself a “lifter”? Do people even understand this? Do you not tell? What am I? Am I hardcore enough to call myself a lifter? By hardcore, do I mean consitent and dedicated? Or that I lift heavy? Thoughts?

Good morning FF! Morning lifts have not been going well, so switching things up for a kinder, gentler morning: yoga, meditation, fasted cardio. I like to feel accomplished early in the day, but my body has been lead these last two months. This, too, could change in the future. Lifts in the late afternoon seem to go better, so there it is. 2nd back day of the week after school today. See you then and have a great Friday:-)
