Trained quadriceps and calves in the morning. Been a while since I took a photo of my calves. Times when you improve is when you reach the point of wanting to quit, yet you keep going instead. Do not settle for half-assed workout. It is and always will be about effort - the quality of the time we put in, because where there is no struggle there is no strength to be gained. The key to satisfaction or progress is to never give less than your best. Each new level requires a stronger you. Do not self-sabotage because you are uncomfortable. Enjoy the progress. The next level is meant for you. Today’s pain just might be what makes you successful tomorrow.  Take care of yourselves. Stay strong and safe, fit fam ❤️
