Another back day in the books. I'm not liking the seated back extension machine at my new gym, but hopefully, NC will be opening up soon, as I saw the TX governor FINALLY opened the state back up to 100% everything. It seems that they are realizing that in order for our economy to actually work, **** needs to be open. LOL. Anyway, if your in TX, good for you, and of course, stay safe, using your common sense, and critical thinking skills. We got this fitfam! Stay at it! 💪

Mostly cardio today. I did some jump rope for 20 min, airdyne bike 25 mins/8 miles for a light cool down, middle split stretching, and hand balance practice.
