Back at work 12 hrs shift are ok . Positive the gym is open so i was able to get a workout in. Trust at 0118 social distance isn't an issue

I’m loving the effort I’m seeing around me!! Everyone is quarantined but still finding ways to fit some form of workout in. Keep up the good work guys ! I’m resting today as I’m achiein still going to go for a long walk with my son later so probably still get 4 miles in. Active rest day haha !

Working on Taxes Sunday ... Got 'em done. As a result of the "brain drain", I THOUGHT that I had the energy to do a full workout, with a warm up. Taking inspiration from @drew_ocr_ , I decided to jump rope and do burpees! The goal: Every 40 jumps, do a set of five burpees five times ... 200 jumps and 20 burpees. I can pretty easily do the jumps ... The burpees were questionable. I got them done, but with a few rope stumbles. At the end of the second set, I strained my right calf, so I struggled getting the rest of the jumps done. Surprisingly I did well with the burpees! Later, I did my 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from PTSD and depression ... Just a simple set before bed. Don't forget to WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
