01/28 - Cardio and arms Today's gym saga finds me trying to grow my arms with these exercises: Dips, life fitness bicep curls, close grip bench presses, preacher curls, cable pushdowns/overhead cable extensions combo, incline dumbbell curl/hammer curl combination, dumbbell kickbacks and barbell drag curls. It made for a good pump.
