Aaaaahhhhh weight gain, the never ending journey. This is my homemade bread with a pound of ground pork mixed in that I use to make sandwiches with or have with soups. Or toast as a snack with peanut butter. Eat eat eat eat eat eat eat. I've heard lots of trainers said you can get sick of eating and have to force yourself to just keep eating. Huh... they weren't kidding. But it helps a little making it myself at least. I do love my cooking. Very slowly though i am seeing results 😁

This morning I had a pretty good legs workout. I also added deadlifts in there since I didn't feel up to doing them yesterday. I believe I will be back to normal tomorrow.
