I've been very tired so todays a rest day. I cheer for you guys still tho because were all trying to feel better despite great odds we face rich or poor. Does anyone know what happened to "RhondaMac" she was insanley muscle bound and huge, i hope shes okay! Same for Julie Agosto she disappeared a few yrs ago and I just hope there okay! Today is Day 8 of the 30 Days of Full Body Training At Home With Dumbbells Program on YouTube! All you need is a pair of dumbbells for this entire program. The workout of the day is a pull workout targeting the back, traps, rear delts, biceps and forearms. We're on the next round of intensity and the intervals are set up as 50 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for a 16 minute circuit. Exercises are generated using my workout app Exerprise over the course of the 30 days so you will have a different new routine every day to keep your training fresh and fun. We'll be going through 5 intensity levels utilizing progressive overload with programmed intensified volume and intervals so you can always keep pushing yourself to keep your training effective. One circuit will be an intense dumbbell workout and is all you need to do each day since each round we are increasing volume. Get them gains out of this world right at home with just dumbbells.
