Arms Day at home A busy work day kept me there ... So here I am! I succeeded in the following: -4x 21s ... Lower (21 reps), upper(21 reps), and full arm curls (21 reps) ... Upped the weight by 10lbs (just to see if I could do it). -4x60 close grip, elbows out, back and butt flat against a wall, dumbbell cupped arm curls (I used a 20 lbs kettlebell). -9x25 lying skull crushers (yes ... My triceps were on fire🔥!) Upped the weight here, too! -4x15 rope pushdowns to finish. I did get a pump, but not a long lasting one! ➡️ Examples of my work. ➡️Day 12 of my 100 squats challenge. This was a rough one, as I was tired and still full from dinner. I had a break it up into five sections of 20 reps. But I got them done! ➡️ I took a walk today and went "live" with a discussion. Thanks to all who popped in!. Someone wanted to see what Fuyu persimmons looked like up close. Here they are! ➡️ I did one set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing! If it's Friday: #remembereveryonedeployed #skolstrejkförklimatet🌎

Whats good fit fam. Happy Flex Friday! I am coming in late with this post. Its been a very productive day. Focused on biceps, back, and abs. Felt like I injured right side of lower back during workout. I decided to end with some yoga. Back is feeling better already. Hope everyone had a wonderful day. Stay safe, blessed, and motivated.
