I truly take it seriously when some daily let me know they really want their eyes ripped out. I take it so seriously, that when said individuals notify me i make **** sure they feel the sensation of it, or something close to it, i make sure they feel it so well that maybe, just maybe their wish will soon be granted. Im exhausted; ans i dont care. I really dont have much of a soul left to give a cra.p

It’s such a wonderful thing to know that we can create our own reality through making frequent nutrition and fitness choices most days! This transformation way of life is an adventure! Let’s keep on transforming y’all! 💞💦🎶 2-Day UPDATE- -Monday- Yesterday was UBWO day. The Stationary lunges are so challenging, but fortunately we’re not as extremely difficult as when I tried to do them last week! -Tuesday- Today hubby and I planned to go on a 7-mile bike ride. But at 6.5-miles my rear tire blew out. That’s 4-flats in 6-weeks. It’s tricky riding in this area with lots of new construction going on.
