Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today for my mid-week lunch escape. Strength and isolation. Did 5 sets of Hammer Strength incline leverage press, 5 sets of Hammer Strength decline leverage press, 5 sets of cable iron crosses, 5 sets of cable crossovers, 5 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward) and 5 sets of V-bar triceps push-downs. Took the Hammer Strength declines up to 230 lbs X 10 and the inclines up to 210. 110 lbs X 10 on the crossovers and iron crosses kept it cautions but effective. 87.5 lbs X 10 on the rope extensions. Fell short by one exercise chatting with a 71 year old army vet with an amputated leg. He said he enjoys watching me work out and that I'm an "animal". His words, not mine - but it made me feel good.
