Happy Monday, FitFam! New phase started today with a more solid lifting routine. Upper body pyramid sets (12/19/8 reps) with 3, 5 and 8# db pairs. Ab routine 15 reps each exercise with 3# dbs and 2 lb ankle wts/3 rounds. Felt pretty good to accomplish my first set of goals and I'm excited for new changes to come. Have a great day, FitFam! 🤗❤🏆👊💥
