Well ... According to Jefit ... I lifted 3.9 Elephants!🐘🐘🐘🐘 It was Bis and Tris Night! At the gym! Has a decent lift night ... The pump stayed for a wee bit! I did my 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. Now GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ GET A MASK! 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... Hey friends I am officially out of surgery and at home. My dogs are very unhappy that they can't come on the bed with me and I'm in an a****** of pain. Who'd a thunk drilling into your bone would hurt like a b****? My bicep was reattached they did a full repair on my labrum, they cleaned out my Bursa and decompressed something else at this point I can't even remember.... And to top everything off I am trying to figure out how to do everything left handed so that's super fun...... Anyway hope everyone is doing well and I will catch up later, goodnight y'all!
