Good morning all! Skipped yesterday so i could sleep. Overnights suck but its a job. Have great gains and a wonderful day. Today is the start of Week 2 for me! I never made it past 17 days when I did the the first time and this time I’m determined to finish.

Anyone out there ever dealt with a c5 into 6 or 6 into 7 disc issue. Looking like this is what i have minus MRI to confirm per doc at this point. Thoughts on stretches, therapy?
