09/22 - Cardio and legs. An intense one for me. 5 x seated leg curls 8 x leg presses 5 x stiff leg deadlifts, possibly not the best idea after yesterdays deadlift session. 5 x leg extensions 5 x hyper extensions. Hobble time.
