Dug a little deeper was my theme this week. I got to 2.18M and did 1 hr 21 mins Muay Thai kickboxing. I realize it is April, and I need to kick it in gear, but having to lift just to keep the stress down. So much happening and it keeps my mind right. Use exercise to your advantage. It helps make you an all around fit & healthy person FitFam.
