After monday's workout I felt extremely tired and dragged myself the following day. My body was sending me a message: Beware of overtraining! So I granted my body 2 days off to recover. This morning I was still tired but decided it was time to go back to the gym and work the bodypart that needs it most - my legs! The workout was not bad at all ( adding some abs and obliques for the midsection) and now I feel full of energy again and impatient to go back to the gym tomorrow for another high intensity workout!
