How is everyone?! Happy Saturday, fitfam!! Anyone doing anything fun today? I took a 😴 - thata fun for me! So far this week I was able to hit the gym Tues morning for a spin class, Thursday morning for pilates (killer hard workout) and then yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ yesterday, and it was a strength class so very dificíl!!! Working my way back in with fun stuff!! Mon: Body works pkus abs Tues: morning spin Wed: maybe a yoga Thurs: kickboxing 🥊 Fri: yoga Thats the plan! What about y'all??
