Happy Flex Friday! I had a great arm workout with my trainer this morning! My confidence was a little down yesterday, and today was definitely the boost I needed! We trained a small private gym, and since we were the only ones there, I took off my shirt and hit s few poses. I’m really happy with what I saw, and I was able to lessen the look of the loose skin I have by fulling expanding myself out. I’m hoping that it doesn’t get any worse as I lean up, but hopefully my increased definition and vascularity will act as a diversion on stage. Have a great Friday!
