Just checked on an old workout to see what i lifted. As i bscked out it ssked if i wanted to save my workout with today's date. I deleted it. Apparently i deleted the old workout and its gone forever! Buggy @$$ app

You won't see me on here posting many workouts for a couple medical reasons I can not do full blown workouts at this time. But I have comitted to making healthier food choices, 12hr fasting, taking my vitamins, drinking more water, & forcing myself to go to sleep a lot earlier. Until I can get the surgery I need and recover. Ps forgive the mirror situation I'm at my parents & this is the only full length one they have. Lol
