The last few days I feel really tired until I hit the gym and after a few sets I finally start to wake up. I know I'm sleeping enough, but it's like I can't get going until I get into the gym and get the blood flowing. I'll take that as a good thing lol

Ye-us ! Sugar numbers were up where they should be, so busted out for forty minutes workout, Darryl cracking the whip - chair squats, chest presses with bands, dumbbell biceps, farmer's walks .. looking forward to doing it again on Friday !

The relationship I have with this site is kinda of a "love-hate" one, sans the love. I dig the community, ...and that's it. The energy on here is enough. Though to enter a comment, body stat, a workout, or hit the like is always a crap shoot. Have a good day amigos.
