Legs Day ... In the gym! I did better than I thought ... But I KNOW that I will pay for it in a day or so. I did get up to 185 on the squat .. still working on my depth. But I will say ... Doing the 100 rep squat and calf raises challenge really conditioned me! The quads and hams don't look too bad! I only did a one mile walk with Zack and Curly ... Just enough to settle the legs down. I did 100 squats and calf raises as a warm-up to the workout. I also did my 22s daily for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. And my plank challenge ... Ya gotta join me ... This is day 2 for me! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ GET A MASK! 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
