Ever catch yourself using qualifers on yourself? You know those if/when then statements. Like when I lose ten pounds, if this happens, then... something? I do🤔. My New Year’s resolution was to be in this moment. To stop replaying 💩 I can’t change. To stop putting qualifers on myself about what I can do... not as easy as it sounds for an overthinker 🤣. But I remind myself daily... trusting in the timing of my life... or trying to at least! Hope you all had a great weekend and a f*ckin marvelous Monday!
