Morning guys, I felt so tired and drained yesterday. I was hungry also ended up having my dinner which was planned and then grabbed a takeaway pizza later on. My body was screaming at me last night so sometimes when that happens it’s best off listening. Went well over on my calories yesterday about 1000 to many. But I’m still well under for the average on the week. I’m thinking no more runs until Sunday now and then go for a big 10 mile circuit. I managed 6 last Sunday pretty comfortably. Il keep you all updated. Back on the plan today 6 hard boiled eggs 450cals Beef stir fry 450cals Chicken tikka stir fry 450cals Total 1350 cals . 600calorie deficit Happy Wednesday !
