Got a baby PR tonight. 325 for a single on bench. Up 5 lbs. I plan to work up to a heavy single on deadlift Thursday. Let's see what happens.

I ended up getting an MRI and I have compression of the L4/5 nerve root and degenerative disc disease of L4/L5/S1. Glad to have a reason for the numbness, burning sensation, and decreased function in my right leg. Waiting for a neurosurgery consult to see what my options will be.
