Good Evening friends. It's been a while. Lots of neck & Back pains. With 3 weeks with no workout, today I decided to give it a try. My Shorty Workout: Hydromassage: 10 minutes Machine Flys: 60/15, 80/15, 100/8 Cable Tricep Pushdowns: 38/25, 49/15, 55/10 DB Curls: 17.5/12, 20/10 Lat Pulldown: 105/12, 125/12 A total of 10 sets all in 25 minutes. During all this time I know I gained weight, so 225 lbs was the weight today. Don't remember previous weight. Hope you all are good and being blessed in this season like I am. Good Night

Back day, w/ 100 pull-ups. According to some standard set somewhere by someone I've achieved an advanced level of pull-ups. I'm not sure I agree. I still feel like I'm struggling with every rep & I imagine I look like a sloth goofing around on my pull-up bar.

One of my wife’s friends said something yesterday that rocked my whole world. She said, “Think of it: of all the times in history that we could have lived, God chose for us to be His light here right now at this time.” I have a really boring job, sure, but I get paid to basically sit and read all night. What a blessing. I could come out of this knowing the Scriptures like the back of my hand. My wife just finished another intense yoga teacher training, and I have my own home gym. Maybe the two of us are meant to be some super Christian seal team in the months ahead. Who knows? All I know is we have been given a gift in this crappy time; we have been called to step up for those around us, to lead by example. Don’t waste a minute, FitFam!
