Ourdoor back workout this morning! I really miss the gym since it closed, but learning to adapt with resistance bands, a tree, and another beautiful spring day! I had a pretty solid back & biceps workout this morning: lat pulldowns, straightarm pulldowns, seated rows, upright rows, face-pulls, rear-delt flies and biceps curls. Hoping I can schedule all my chemo treatments for Wednesday’s, because by Saturday the minor (but pesky) side effects are gone and I feel like a normal person.
